The result is a texture designed to feel like a warm hug for your feet breathable, incredibly plush, and completely free from harmful chemicals. It’s not just a sock; it’s a sanctuary for your skin.
How do I keep them like new ?
To preserve their signature softness, we recommend washing your socks inside out at 30°C. Avoid the tumble dryer; let them air dry naturally. This keeps the fibers intact and the comfort eternal.
How do I choose the right size ?
Our socks are designed to fit true to size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend picking the larger one for the ultimate cozy experience. No compression, just pure comfort.
Shipping & Returns
When will my package reach my home ?
We prepare your orders with care within 24 to 48 hours. For France, expect a delivery within 1-3 business days. For Europe, it usually takes 2-5 days.
As soon as your comfort leaves our French warehouse, you can follow its progress in real-time on our Track the Expedition page.
What if they aren't the perfect fit ?
Peace of mind is part of the comfort. If you aren't 100% in love with your socks, you have 14 days to return them in their original condition.
Simply send us an email, and we’ll guide you through our simple and honest return process.

How can I follow my socks' journey ?
As soon as your order leaves our French sanctuary, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow every step of its journey, from our warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier straight to your doorstep.
Can I modify my order after placing it ?
We like to move fast to get your comfort to you as soon as possible. Because we prepare orders quickly (usually within 24h), we can only make changes if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Drop us an email immediately at hello@getpolarstar.com and we’ll do our absolute best to help.

All our orders are prepared with care and shipped directly from our warehouse in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, France 🇫🇷
- France & Europe:
Free shipping on orders over 50€. For smaller orders, a flat rate of 4,90€ applies. Your comfort arrives in 1 to 3 business days via Chronopost. - Rest of the World:
Free shipping on orders over 60€, otherwise 12,90€. Expect your package within 4 to 9 business days.
